My name is Mike Hower. I’m a location-independent learning consultant with a home office in Box Elder, South Dakota (near Mount Rushmore), but I work in locations around the world.
After graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy, I spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force flying satellites and leading some of the world’s best teams. In 2011, I retired from the Service and set out to help individuals and organizations achieve their own potentials, first as the Chief Learning Officer for a nationwide knowledge management firm, and then as owner of my own company.
I’m also a founding partner at RightEdge Consulting, LLC, a nationwide organizational development firm focused on appyling the full-spectrum of organizational knowledge found in industry-leading texts and top scientific journals along with proven best practices to meet unique organizational needs.
Today, individually or with my team, I troubleshoot problems, design solutions, and coach individuals all around the world.

What can you expect when we partner?
My fee schedule is predictable, easy to budget for, and substantially less expensive than hiring a traditional employee or agency. I guarantee the benefits I provide will far outweigh the cost.
What can you expect when we start working together? In general, I’m easy to work with. I’ll start with learning about you, your goals, and your customers. We’ll discuss your needs, your problems, your challenges, and where you want to go…then we will tailor a bespoke solution that meets your needs. Each individual, team, or organization is at a different stage in terms of growth and maturity, so no two solutions are the same.
