Working with development teams to design, develop, and incorporate competency-based, outcomes-oriented approaches into curriculum.

• Developed integration and improvement model for junior, mid-grade, and senior enlisted professional military education programs upon their move to the Air University Global College of Professional Military Education.
• Designed and implemented program which allows faculty members to rapidly plan, design, and develop new courses to teach specialized subjects using interactive tools available through partner institutions.
• Planned and conducted three-year pilot of Coursetune curriculum mapping software to improve alignment of outcomes-based education programs with diverse higher headquarters requirements.
• Developed Flight Commanders Edge program to allow laypersons to teach leadership without formal education.
• Developed and led courseware migration efforts to move 80+ eSchool distance learning courses to Arizona State University as part of a $25M/5-year intergovernmental support agreement.
• Led transition efforts to integrate new learning management system (Canvas) into operations for Air University resident and distance learning programs. Designed implementation, training, and test and evaluation plans.
• Informally managed team of contract designers, subject matter experts, and support personnel to (re)design 3,500+ hours of courseware supporting 30,000 professional certificate and graduate students around the world.
• Developed and executed transformation plans for the most significant change to Air Force education since 1947.

SCOPE:  Developing and presenting online or classroom presentations related to the Air Force Foundational Competency Model and the implementation of the Airman Leadership Qualities across the Air Force in 2021.

• Developed introductory lecture series on competency-based development, specifically: how competencies form the basis for Air Force learning, the development of the Air Force Foundational Competency Model, and tips/activities for using foundational competencies for personal or professional development.
• Developed training and support materials linking competencies to leadership qualities used for assessment.
• Presented webinars for 500+ commanders, company-grade officers, enlisted, and civilian personnel.

Project Manager and Instructional Designer, Army Management Staff College (AMSC)

SCOPE:  Providing curriculum and development services for curriculum redesign of the Civilian Education System (CES) within AMSC’s Intermediate and Advanced courses (resident and distributed learning).
