- Planned and conducted three-year pilot of Coursetune curriculum mapping software to improve alignment of outcomes-based education programs with diverse higher headquarters requirements.
- Developed Flight Commanders Edge program to allow laypersons to teach leadership without formal education.
- Developed and led courseware migration efforts to move 80+ eSchool distance learning courses to Arizona State University as part of a $25M/5-year intergovernmental support agreement.
- Led transition efforts to integrate new learning management system (Canvas) into operations for Air University resident and distance learning programs. Designed implementation, training, and test and evaluation plans.
- Informally managed team of contract designers, subject matter experts, and support personnel to (re)design 3,500+ hours of courseware supporting 30,000 professional certificate and graduate students around the world.
- Developed and executed transformation plans for the most significant change to Air Force education since 1947.
